Conflict is a natural part of workplace relationships — but it doesn’t have to undermine collaboration or productivity. This group class is designed to help you communicate more effectively, manage difficult conversations, and constructively resolve disputes. Through interactive group exercises, role-play scenarios, and reflection, you’ll come away with strategies for navigating conflict, strengthening relationships, and fostering a more collaborative workplace culture.
