Yes, our self-paced courses offer digital certificates upon successful completion.

1. A course consists of pre-recorded, self-paced learning material which can be made up of a combination of lectures, quizzes, worksheets and other learning material. You can purchase these once-off and go through them at any time.
2. A lesson is a 1-on-1 live session that you can book and attend online, based on the instructor’s availability indicated on their calendar. The learner would search for an instructor and filter by the subject or topic they would like to learn about. This can be an educational session about the subject matter, or it can be a guided session undertaken by a tutor, mentor or coach.
3. A group class is a pre-scheduled online teaching session that allows for more than one learner to attend at a time. The learners would search for available group classes on the system, and pay a one-time entry fee to join the session at the scheduled time.

Yes - Learners may request a full refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of purchase provided the course has not been completed or substantially consumed (more than 25% progress or full download of materials).
